Our team will arrive approximately 30–45 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up the course. No electricity is needed just a relatively flat space like grass, pavement, Gym floor,or concrete. We’ll unload and arrange the 9 holes and set out putters and balls. Once setup is complete, guests are free to start putting and having fun!

We recommend a minimum area of 25 feet by 40 feet for the full 9-hole setup. The space should be relatively flat and free of major slopes or obstacles. If you’re working with a smaller area, just let us know — we can adjust the layout to fit your space!

Yes! For backyard parties and smaller events, one of our friendly Course Captains will stay to help manage the course, hand out putters and balls, and keep things running smoothly. For larger city or community events, we typically provide two Course Captains to ensure everything flows seamlessly and guests have a great time.

Just a relatively flat area that’s at least 25x40 feet, and access to the space for setup and takedown. We bring everything else — the course, putters, balls, scorecards, and any add-ons you’ve selected. Electricity is only required when adding on the Light Up Inflatable Golf Ball. If your event is indoors or has unique access needs, just let us know ahead of time!
